Reading – it is the most affordable way to discover the world!

I’m glad you’ve found your way into my world of writing. I learned to read at the age of three sitting next to my mother and at four I wrote my first book inside a matchbox (completely illegible!). Before starting school, I had already read my way through the children’s literature section in the village library.
In primary school, I found a very old typewriter in my father’s workshop and eagerly tried to type on it. After all, a book needed to be published into a real book, not hand-assembled sheets of paper. Sadly, the typewriter ribbon had dried out, and some keys dragged other keys along with them until they got tangled together. And so, the publication of that book was postponed to a better time (which, by now, is about 40 years later!).
During elementary school, I was an avid correspondent with pen pals. Later in life, there were a few more consistent writing periods, until the electronic world took over everything in the late 1990s. When I was introduced to computers, a new idea emerged for writing a book (the first idea, of course, was to play cool games). You wouldn’t believe how many unfinished manuscripts I have sitting in my digital drawer. I’ve pulled myself together and intend to finish at least half of them. Some drafts, however, will remain just that and never see the light of a day.
I write what comes from within me, and the range of topics stretches from one wall to the ocean, from Earth to the Moon. Most of the raw material comes from real life, with very little fictional adjustment. Occasionally, there are stories that have prompted readers to suggest I should see a doctor. You don’t have to read everything , I hope everyone finds something that speaks to them.
Enjoy the read, and thank you for sharing, it gives me the motivation to write even more.
